Thanks for your response

Thanks Wayne for your response. I have installed the Dominos server & Lotus client. When I click the link in the login prompt I am seeing the message " If you have forgotten your password, contact your help desk." . Also I created a ID vualt and tried resetting the password for the user,but facing the same issue.
